ROWING COACH WANTED

Boulder Community Rowing seeks two or more coaches for its 2008 season. BCR offers Learn-to-Row, Novice, Advanced Racing, Junior and Club rowing programs, as well as Sculling opportunities. As a club, we have members of all ages and levels, but the majority are Masters rowers. We are looking for experienced coaches who know how to give both encouragement and structure to novice and experienced rowers and also have an understanding of the diverse aspects of club rowing. Boat repair/maintenance, launch operation skills, and coxwain training preferred. Programs run April to November, exact dates to be determined. Duties, stipend, and schedule to be negotiated with individual candidates.
